Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Not used and in the same condition as you received it.
- In his original packaging .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .
Refunds
Once we receive your item:
- We will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after this inspection.
If your return is approved:
- We will initiate a refund via your original payment method.
- The credit will appear on your account within a few days, depending on the policies of your card issuer or payment service.
Return and exchange fees
- THE shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
- In case of exchange, the cost of Shipping the new item will be at our expense. Shipping costs for exchanges are based on the rates Chronopost in force.
- Shipping costs are not refundable . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Items can only be returned if they have not been worn and are in their original box.
